Issabel Authorized Partners are strategic allies that have demonstrated an initial commitment to promoting and supporting Issabel’s products and services. This partnership level is designed for companies starting their relationship with Issabel and looking to grow alongside the brand.
To qualify, an Authorized Partner must acquire at least 5 hours of technical support annually, have at least one Issabel Certified Advisor on their team, and actively promote their partnership with Issabel through their website and LinkedIn.
This level offers benefits such as product discounts, access to NFR licenses, customizable marketing materials, and the opportunity to conduct online presentations with Issabel.

Partners gain access to NFR licenses for all Issabel products*, which can be used for internal use, demonstration purposes, or testing, helping partners to better understand and showcase Issabel solutions.

Issabel provides Authorized Partners with marketing materials that can be customized to include the partner's logo, assisting in the promotion of Issabel products and services alongside their own offerings.

Partners have the opportunity to conduct online presentations and live demos of Issabel products, facilitating the sales process by demonstrating the value and capabilities of Issabel solutions to potential customers.
Dedicated Helpdesk Access

Requirements to Become an Issabel Authorized Partner
Renewal
Renewal of Authorized Partner status is done annually, complying with the established requirements, including the renewal of support hours and the validity of certifications.
To ensure an effective collaboration and that our partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to offer solutions based on Issabel, the following requirements must be met:
1. Annual Purchase of Support (5 Hours 8×5)
Partners must purchase a minimum of 5 hours of technical support with 8×5 coverage (standard business hours) per year. These hours can be used for implementation assistance, troubleshooting, or advanced technical consultations. This ensures that partners have access to specialized support whenever they need it, enhancing the quality of service they provide to their clients.
2. At Least One Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA) on the Team
At least one person within the company must be certified as an Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA). This certification validates the partner’s knowledge of the Issabel platform and their ability to provide advice and support to clients. Having certified personnel also allows partners to access exclusive discounts and business opportunities within the Issabel ecosystem.
3. Signing the Partner Agreement
To formalize the relationship with Issabel, partners must sign a partnership agreement. This document outlines the terms of the collaboration, benefits, renewal conditions, and expectations from both parties. Signing this agreement is a key step in establishing a strong and transparent business relationship.
4. Displaying the Issabel Authorized Partner Digital Badge
Issabel provides an official digital badge, internationally recognized under the Open Badges standard, to all authorized partners. Partners are required to display this badge on:
- The company’s website (e.g., in a partners or certifications section).
- The company’s LinkedIn profile.
This helps build trust with clients and reinforces the partner’s identity as an authorized Issabel solutions provider.
5. No Minimum Sales Quota
Unlike other partner programs, Issabel does not require a minimum sales quota to maintain the Authorized Partner status. The goal is for partners to integrate at their own pace, without sales volume pressure, while still gaining access to commercial benefits and technical support to grow their business.

2. Purchase 5 Support Hours
You must purchase 5 support hours (8×5 annually) to ensure technical assistance when needed.
3. Have an Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA)
At least one team member must be certified as an ICA to ensure expertise in Issabel.
4. Review and Approval
We will validate the support purchase and certification before approving your application.
5. Sign the Agreement
Once approved, you will sign the Partnership Agreement to formalize the relationship.
6. Activate Benefits
