Issabel Certified Partners represent the highest level of partnership, with a strategic focus on the commercialization, deployment, and support of the Issabel Contact Center.

Unlike an Authorized Partner, a Certified Partner must acquire a DEMO NFR license (Not For Resale), which allows them to conduct proof-of-concept projects, live demonstrations, and real-world implementation simulations for their clients.

The program includes a direct communication channel with Issabel to address any questions related to product functionality. Additionally, partners have the option to purchase support hour packages for specific projects or advanced requirements.

This level is designed for companies seeking to specialize in selling and deploying the Issabel Contact Center, with the necessary support and training to lead successful projects and build long-term relationships with their clients.

Requirements to Become an Issabel Authorized Partner

Renewal

Renewal of Authorized Partner status is done annually, complying with the established requirements, including the renewal of support hours and the validity of certifications.

To ensure an effective collaboration and that our partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to offer solutions based on Issabel, the following requirements must be met:

1. Annual Purchase of Issabel Contact Center NFR Package

Partners must acquire a DEMO NFR package (Not For Resale) for the Issabel Contact Center. This package includes 5 Omnichannel agents and access to all available functionalities of the Issabel Contact Center. This license also includes free support and updates. The support provided covers inquiries answered without priority or defined SLAs.

This DEMO can be used by the partner for self-training, proof-of-concept projects, and to maintain a testing and demonstration environment for their potential clients. This ensures that partners are fully familiar with the platform’s functionality, strengthening the quality of service they deliver to their customers.

2. At Least One Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA) on the Team

At least one person within the company must be certified as an Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA). This certification validates the partner’s knowledge of the Issabel platform and their ability to provide advice and support to clients. Having certified personnel also allows partners to access exclusive discounts and business opportunities within the Issabel ecosystem.

3. Signing the Partner Agreement

To formalize the relationship with Issabel, partners must sign a partnership agreement. This document outlines the terms of the collaboration, benefits, renewal conditions, and expectations from both parties. Signing this agreement is a key step in establishing a strong and transparent business relationship.

4. Displaying the Issabel Authorized Partner Digital Badge

Issabel provides an official digital badge, internationally recognized under the Open Badges standard, to all authorized partners. Partners are required to display this badge on:

  • The company’s website (e.g., in a partners or certifications section).
  • The company’s LinkedIn profile.
    This helps build trust with clients and reinforces the partner’s identity as an authorized Issabel solutions provider.

5. No Minimum Sales Quota

Unlike other partner programs, Issabel does not require a minimum sales quota to maintain the Authorized Partner status. The goal is for partners to integrate at their own pace, without sales volume pressure, while still gaining access to commercial benefits and technical support to grow their business.

This makes it easier to showcase Issabel to potential clients and allows you to evaluate new functionalities at no additional cost.

Note: The Issabel Contact Center NFR license has an annual cost.

How to Apply 📝

To become an Issabel Certified Partner, follow these steps:

1. Complete the Application Form

Fill out the form on our website. We will review your application and contact you.

2. Have an Issabel Certified Advisor (ICA)

At least one team member must be certified as an ICA to ensure expertise in Issabel.

3. Acquire the Issabel Contact Center DEMO NFR

This is a mandatory requirement for all Certified Partners, as it provides them with a fully functional testing and demonstration instance. With this license, the partner can run proof-of-concept projects, train their team, simulate real implementations, and offer personalized demos to potential clients.

The goal is to ensure that the partner is technically prepared to handle every stage of the commercial and technical process, from pre-sales to successful project deployment.

4. Review and Approval

We will verify the purchase of the DEMO NFR and the certification of your professional, and then we will approve your application.

5. Sign the Agreement

Once approved, you will sign the Partnership Agreement to formalize the relationship.

6. Activate Benefits

You will receive your digital badge and instructions to access the helpdesk, where you can manage support with your purchased hours.
